Agreement to terms
This page is maintained by 5 Star Business Partners LLC and Fete Bandits LLC (collectively, 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') to explain the terms that apply to visitors, clients, partners and customers. It is app-owned editable content and is not independent legal advice or a certification.

1. Services and scope
5 Star Business Partners LLC provides corporate consulting, marketing, promotions and business-to-business services. Fete Bandits LLC produces events, bookings and entertainment experiences. References to "services" include both consulting and event-related offerings unless otherwise stated.
2. Intellectual property
All content on our websites — including logos, text, images, designs, event names, slogans and merchandise artwork — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written permission. The names "5 Star Business Partners," "Fete Bandits," "One Caribbean" and related marks are our trademarks.
3. User conduct
You agree not to use our sites or services for unlawful purposes, to harass or discriminate, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the operation of our services. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Bookings, events and merchandise
Event tickets, reservations, consulting engagements and merchandise purchases are subject to separate confirmations, invoices or event terms. Prices, dates, lineups and availability may change. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Disclaimers
Our sites and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Event experiences depend on third-party venues, artists and vendors; we are not liable for changes outside our reasonable control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our sites and services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5 Star Business Partners LLC, Fete Bandits LLC and their officers, employees and affiliates from claims arising from your use of our sites or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
